A car was seized in a Suffolk town after a driver was caught repeatedly revving its engine.
Police were called to the car park at Home Base in Waldingfield Road, Sudbury, on Sunday evening to reports of a noise disturbance.

On arrival, officers spoke with the driver and issued them with a Section 59 notice.
Section 59 notices refer to a vehicle being used in a manner that causes alarm or distress to the public.

It was later revealed that this was the second time the driver had been issued the notice in 12 months.
Consequently, the car was seized by the police and the driver will have to pay to retrieve the car.
