A village road has become almost impassable after flooding during a night of torrential rain.
Poplar Road in Great Cornard, near Sudbury, has become submerged underwater after parts of the county was hit with heavy downpours on Wednesday night.
The road, which is prone to flooding, is passable but drivers are being urged to take care if travelling through.
It comes as a weather warning for rain has been issued for the county by the Met Office.
The yellow weather warning is in place until 9am on Friday.
The Met Office has warned there is a slight chance of power cuts, flooding, delays to public transport and some road closures.
Some areas will see up to 60mm of rain in four to six hours, as well as lightning and strong, gusty winds.
