The owner of a Bury St Edmunds child's play area has called for support as she has warned her business may face closure.
Mum-of-three Kelly White runs Little Woodworms in Churchgate Street which she launched last summer offering "imaginative, creative and messy play".
However, taking to social media on Friday, Ms White released an appeal for support from the community and said she is "struggling".
She said: "It is with a heavy heart that I’m having to write this. Little Woodworms was a dream of mine that I was lucky enough to make a reality but unfortunately I am struggling to get the name out there.
"I have spent the last couple of days thinking long and hard about what the next step for my small business is. I have decided to continue trading until the new year to see if things will pick up, unfortunately if they don’t Little Woodworms will have to cease trading."
She continued to ask residents to help share her business to others and "support local before we have no choice but to close."
She also thanked those who have supported her business in the past.
When Ms White opened her business last year, she told the East Anglian Daily Times: "Being a parent to three kids, at ages seven, two and one, I missed being able to talk to other adults.
"I'm aiming to create a space where the children can have as much fun as the adults."
Little Woodworms, based at 22 Churchgate Street, is open to children aged zero to seven from 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. It is also open one Saturday per month.
The venue has a café for the children's parents and includes sensory room.
They have recently hosted a variety of themed events including pirate theme and Hawaiian theme.
