A man has been ordered to pay out nearly £900 after failing breath tests.
Officers from Sudbury police stopped 26-year-old Joseph Pentney at around 10.30pm on Sunday, May 5 due to the manner of his driving.
Pentney, of Nayland Road in Bures, failed a roadside breath test and was taken to Bury St Edmunds police station where he failed a further breath test providing a sample of 69 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath, police said.

The legal limit is 35 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath.
He was subsequently charged with driving with excess alcohol.
On May 11, Pentney appeared at Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich where he was disqualified from driving for 19 months and ordered to pay costs totalling £859.
