Drivers are being warned that a main road through a Suffolk village is closed for urgent works.
The B1508 High Street, in Bures, near Sudbury, is currently closed while UK Power Networks work in the area.
While the road is closed a diversion route has been put in place.
Drivers are being warned that some shortcut routes are becoming heavily congested as a result of the closure.
According to Suffolk County Council the road could be closed until April 15, but it may also reopen sooner.
