A Suffolk pub has successfully launched a new food menu after a three-year break.
The Hare and Hounds in Leavenheath, near Sudbury, has expanded its offering to include food for the first time since before the Covid pandemic hit in 2020.
Neil Bishop, the man behind Bishop Catering, has stepped into the pub's kitchen and has been cooking up a storm since the Hare and Hounds started serving its roasts on Sunday, October 8.
The rotating menu has gone down a treat, with steak, burger and curry nights available on Saturdays, with the upcoming menu released on the pub's social media.

The Sunday roast is of particular note and has proven very popular with the customers.
By October 20, Mr Bishop had posted a warning on his social media pages: "Unfortunately we had to turn people away from our roast last week as we were full.
"Be quick."
Diners have the choice of local roast sirloin of beef for £18, loin of pork with stuffing and apple sauce for £17, or free-range chicken breast with pigs in blankets for £16.
If you can't decide then you have a selection of all three for £21, and all of the meals come with roast potatoes, a Yorkshire pudding, a selection of seasonal local vegetables and cauliflower and broccoli cheese.
Those looking to visit the restaurant for a meal - especially a roast - are encouraged to book in advance by calling the Hare and Hounds.
