EDWARD THOMAS JONES (Tom) Passed away peacefully in Woodfield Court Care Home on 24th August, 2024 aged 90. Dearly loved dad of Gary and Anne, father-in-law to Paula and David and loving grandad to Elliot, Jess, Dylan, Molly and Megan. Tom will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
