NORMAN ARTHUR HOWLING Peacefully on January 24th, 2024, aged 95 years of Diss. Beloved husband of Dorothy, dear dad of Diane and the late Paul and a loving Grandad. Funeral service at Burgate Church on Wednesday February 21st, 2024, at 11 a.m. followed by burial.
