A Suffolk parish council has been forced to temporarily close its public toilets again due to a large amount of mess.
Long Melford Parish Council announced the closure on Wednesday with a decision on whether to reopen them being made at the next parish council meeting.
The toilets had to be closed in March after human excrement was found on the floor.
A spokesman for Long Melford Parish Council said: "Once again they were left in such a mess that the toilet could not be used.
"This is totally unacceptable behaviour as it is also the only toilet for the Parish Council staff.
"A decision on the way forward will be made at the next Parish Council meeting, Thursday, July 6."
